When I browse the showroom, they're very patient, never pushy, and give me time to consider my options. I've left many times with nothing more than information, but I've also made a number of purchases, including a new bedroom set, and I've never had a problem. And the delivery men have always been very polite and efficient. I'll be back there again soon for a new mattress for my son's bed :o)?
