To be honest, I have no idea how good a mechanic this guy is. I do know however how little he posses in good customer service.
Several years ago my mom needed an alignment job so I opened the yellow pages and started calling around and getting quotes. When I got to this business, I was told that he couldn't diagnose my car as needing an alignment, I would have to bring in my car. I figured it's literally around the corner from where I live so I went.
His estimate was almost twice that of other places I called plus it cost me (I think) $12 for the evaluation (that I didn't need). I asked if he could price match Tire Kingdom since my car was already at his shop and he copped such an attitude. He said something about him doing a thorough job and he couldn't do it for nothing....I don't know it was so long ago and I honestly stopped paying attention to him.
I paid him the money and left, and haven't been back since. (Oh, and for the $12 I did get a strawberry air freshener. Big whoop.)
