This is a great water park for little tykes. During the summer, they were running a special for families on Fridays. They closed part of the park down (they have a lap pool and a lazy river), and focused on this playground-type thing that stands in the middle of a wading-pool type area.
The kids love it! It shoots water, sprinkles water down like a shower, has tubes to crawl through, slides to go down, and if your kid is not into that, you can sit down and let the kid just hang around splashing in the water.
They have a snack bar for lunch for the older kid crowd, but I think you can bring in light snacks for your toddlers. Plenty of seating under umbrellas, but don't forget the sunscreen for the kids!
