Spenger's Fish Grotto is located right off the freeway. They have limited free parking but paid parking is available across the street. They have a nautical style decor on their walls but the tables look formal. The food is good but I would say I have had better seafood at a more inexpensive price. It is nice to go to though if you want something different like tilapia for example.
