John evaluated the issue, proposed a solution and made the repairs. He did a great job and gave us a discount because the job took less time than he thought it would. We thought the basic pricing was rather high, but we are looking for a new plumber as ours retired, so we don't know how WyattWorks compares on pricing yet. Maybe our plumber was giving us an even better deal than we were aware of.
