I have been with Curtis for over 10 years and have been completely satisfied with all of their services. As a Gold Card member, their inspection team is thorough and competent; they never make unnecessary recommendations. They have replaced my HVAC system, my water heater, and my smoke alarms as my home has aged. Their technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their work is exemplary. Whenever I have called the office, the response I get from Carol or anyone I talk to, is always helpful and timely. Their customer service is above and beyond; they are the simply the best! When I have had plumbing and heating emergencies they have always been there immediately to fix my problem.
I recently sold my home and my realtor told me that the buyer was impressed by the work done by Curtis and by reviewing my records of all the inspections and checks done over the years. My homes sold in less than two weeks and I that Curtis for playing a part in keeping my home in such great condition.
