I called and was told I would be credited the trip charge which was a lie.
The problem was no GFI ground
Electrician said the charge would be $214.00 or $398.00 the $398.00 charge if it was a big problem. He removed two outlet foud the problem broken ground this took like 10 minutes. Tried to charge me $398.00 I said WHAT and was upset. So he backed off to $214.00 still 10 minutes work. I asked what about the trip charge taken off like I was told answer no. This company thrives on gouging knowing I sold the house and a nic pick problem must not have much work the technician was waiting for me in the driveway.
