We had an unexpected problem with our water heater. Called TMI, they had a representative (Tim), out to see us within 2 hours of our call! He determined the prob,em was a faulty pilot assembly, not the whole unit. Had the assembly overnighted, call them when it arrive at our home, again within 2 hours, another Tech, John, arrived and installed the assembly. He then stayed until the unit was up and running with hot water.! I can’t tell you how superior the entire process to previous experiences with other plumbing companies. My thanks and appreciation??
