Brett came at the scheduled time, and called first, which was helpful. He got the primary task of furnace "tune-up" done, and was able to make an adjustment in dampers to improve air distribution. He also offered some advise about hot water heater maintenance. He was professional and courteous. He informed me of other services (AC and air purification) without being pushy. Office staff was helpful in arranging the appointment.
