My only complaint is regarding the charges for the repairs. When I first requested service I mentioned that I had received one of your $40
credits for dispatch but had mislaid it. I mentioned that in my first phone call requesting service and was told to tell the service technician about it. I did so when he first came and thought it would not be included in the final charge, but it was.
