I recently had a wonderful experience with Effective Air. I was concerned about the need to replace my aging HVAC but Gary found a very minor problem with the thermostat and everything is working beautifully! I also mentioned how the kids' bedrooms upstairs did not get as much air and he had a couple of ideas that have helped tremendously, free of charge! He was patient, answered all of my questions, provided thorough explanations and recommendations verbally and in writing. Thank you!!
