I contacted Larry because I had an upcoming trip and I wanted to make sure that my car was o.k. to make the journey. Because of my work schedule, and the convenience of receiving a ride to work from another customer who was seeing Larry on the same day,
I prevailed upon Larry to service my car on that particular date. I was told that the shop was very busy and my hopes of having my
car attended to on such notice were a potential problem. Still, Larry managed to squeeze me in. This is far from the first time he has done this for me. Of course, the service he provided me was superb. It was done in a timely manner and completed to satisfy
my needs. I am humbled by the way Larry consistently takes care of me. I couldn't possibly be more happy with my experience.
