I couldn't get our AC to come on so I called Taylor Heating & AC. The technician was very prompt, friendly, "understanding" & kind. He went right outside to check the unit & came back carrying the cover. Right... I forgot to remove the cover so the AC wasn't able to do it's thing. Very embarrassing, but so glad the problem is solved.
