At first, I thought this was a good place but what an eye openening experience I had on 4-25-18 when I went in there to pick up the ashes of my beloved little dog. I had called them to say I was coming there soon, when I got there , a sign was posted on the locked door saying they were closed for a staff meeting. Why could they not have told me this on the phone? So I sit outside for 30 minutes, I just want my little dog, I'm sad, I'm mad that they had no courtessy and I said so when the girl finally opened the door. I simply told her that maybe they should talk about how to be courteous at their next staff meeting, as it was hard enough to come in here for this. The very rude girl handed me my dogs ashes and with a laughing tone in her voice said "" Have a Great Day ""! OMG How disrespectful and evil of her. Apparently the manager is just as bad as she did nothing about it when my husband told her about it! My beautiful dog got condolence cards and even flowers from other vets she had been to when they heard she had died, but this is how she got treated at Newmans of Deltona. DISGRACEFUL!!!!! If they treat us like this to our face How do they treat our pets behind our backs!!!!
