My wife and I met with Matt who sold us on replacing the HVAC units for our home (2 outdoor + 2 indoor). The entire job was a comedy of errors due to lack of communication between the Curtis office & its workers. I returned from a business trip upset to see the sloppy work left in the basement. For example, they didn't replace the insulation and in fact left sizeable pieces of it on the floor & on holiday wreaths we keep downstairs. Now 2 weeks later (on 11/13/18) I received a call from the Curtis office saying they do not have a record of the Serial #'s which are needed for warranty. Not once did Matt follow-up with a visit (either during or after the installation) to ensure his team did quality work. Never again will we make this mistake! We had also met with a salesman from Jack Lehr HVAC and wish we would have had them do the install instead. Hindsight is 100%.
