When I last used Hayes Heating, I had a broken heater, and I had called them up for some assistance. This wasn't my first time reaching out to them, and when I last used them I found the company and their workers to be reliable, punctual, professional, and nice. This rang true for the tech that came out to work on my heater, who was able to fix the issue I was having with it. I would use them again.
