Noel at Imperial Pools is courteous and honest--and he comes when he says he's going to come. He has done several things for us, such as replacing all the pool equipment including the filter, heater, and the pump--and he has helped me to get the chemicals squared away. We will also hire him to install a hot tub, and we have already recommended him to friends of ours who will purchase a hot tub and hire him to service their pool. I like him because he's very knowledgeable of pools--the most knowledgeable of pool people we've used in this town. He is great.
