Closet Factory sent designer Shellie Miller who was extremely professional and courteous. She measured my living room, asked me what I was interested in and then designed an amazing entertainment area. When I fell in love with her idea, she explained everything she planned to do in detail and on which date. When the installers came out, he and his helper executed the work flawlessly.
