The technician, Shane, did an 'Amazing' job for a difficult coil replacement. Answered all my questions and did an exceptional job. Plus the folks in the office provided updates on when parts would be in and when work would be scheduled and completed. Even follow-up to make sure work was satisfactorily completed.
