This was our first time using Amazing Heating and Air. The entire process was smooth, from the differing service options available, to scheduling. The tech was on time and very cordial. Our system is only 4 years old so we weren't expecting any trouble, it was pointed out that the outside compressor was picking up lint from our dryer vent which is rather close to the unit and he paid extra attention to cleaning it. We did have to have a return call as the compressor started making some noise a day or so after the service but it turned out to be nothing more than a screw (or 2) coming loose and a further tightening finished the job completely.
