Brian came today to give my AC its annual checkup. He was very polite and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and taking time to explain what was needed and why. He did recommend a new capacitor but I was not surprised as Precision servicemen have been warning me for about 3 years that the old one might need to go. I agreed that it was probably time and he replaced it in a timely manner. Thank you, Brian, and the entire Precision team!
