2 hours late no call. It,s just common courtesy to call and say I'm running late. We would have been ok with that. Bad attitude had to drive all the way from Parma. It took him 10 minutes to hook up our water machine to our faucet. Charged us 140.00! As it turned out 2 days later our water softener started leaking, called Veterans Plumbing. They were very professional, 20 minutes early. He had to do a lot of repairs. Very pleasant person, charged us 124.20. I don't normally write reviews but this has been bothering us. Sincerely 2 senior citizens By the way Mike did not have to use any of his materials to do the job.
