On Monday, April 10, 2017, my wife walked into Aspen Dental here in Hermitage, TN, as a emergency walk-in without an appointment. From the time we entered and spoke with the receptionist and up to having my dental problem taken care of 2 days later was phenomenal. My wife and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. In the past, I have had some unpleasant experiences with other dental clinics where I felt as though my visit as a customer was not about attending my dental needs, instead it was all about getting me into the chair to make them a profit and leave me with a bill.
Thanks to Dr. Spencer and her staff for doing an outstanding job with dental care I've received this far. I'm looking forward to have my future dental care provided by Aspen Dental.
