We know garage floors because we own car dealerships up north and have had many commercial floors installed. We had heard about polyurea but had always used epoxy in the past because it was cheap and we could have it redone when the floors got really beat up. Those days are over. We really love the finished product in our new home here in Florida and since it's permanent we will use poly in our dealerships as well. Thanks Mark, the floor looks great! \r
