We had a water heater go out in a unit. Alan was able to give me a quote over the phone on Wednesday night and the water heater was replaced by Thursday afternoon. I am so impressed! He was quick, complete and so nice!! I am a life-long customer after that experience, in both my career for apartment management and my personal home.
