Thank you first of all for your review. I did pull up the service invoice of 3/10/2017 our non-GMA diagnostic fee is $99.00 which is what you were charged. As I reviewed the ticket Stacy cycled the system a couple times in defrost trying to get the unit to make the noise that you have been hearing. Typically with a heat pump sound occurs as the unit cycles off or in and out of defrost. Unfortunately the unit didn’t do anything un-ordinary so it’s always difficult to resolve. Please if you continue to notice this sound call us we want to find a resolution. We have a 1 year guarantee so we will work with you on this sound issue so you would not be charged another diagnostic fee.
