Was happily surprised that technician arrived way ahead of scheduled time frame. Jeremy was very efficient, polite, friendly and great to talk with. He recognized the problem with the water heater, and made good suggestions for repair options. The problem was fixed professionally, and in a timely fashion. I will certainly know to call AAA for appliance repair needs in the future.
