I scheduled a refrigerator repair appointment with Jensen Appliance and Refrigeration CO on 12/12/16. The repairman, Randy, showed up 30 minutes late on his two hour window. He was there less than 30 minutes, did no testing and said it was the CPU Board. The actual work involved was about 10 minutes in snapping the old CPU Board out and snapping in the new one. After he left I called General Electric to get its price on the CPU Board; GE’s price was $186.50. I was then infuriated at the total bill and called Jensen’s Appliance and asked to speak to the owner. I learned the owner was Randy who had done my repair. I asked to have him call me.\r
