Brian Keith arrived having given me a call letting me know he'd be there in 1/2 hr. He was knowledgeable and very at ease with the job. He didn't waste time, he was courteous and actually gave me some advice on another problem I had. I intend to call and ask for Brian to fix the lighting in my office very soon!
