Have used AAA for over 10 years. Have been club members almost that long. Been very impressed with the technicians many of which have been there for years. Very professional and personable. In addition to furnace/air conditioner check ups (replaced them as well in addition to water heater due to age), we've also bought other appliances. They are also very good/knowledgeable with repairs.
