When I took my car to Atherton's first a second opinion, I was given a printed sheetc of paper with different ways to fux the problem. It was nice to see printed out exactly what was wrong and prices so we could decide what type of repairs needed the most attention. They were also very thorough and gave the entire car a look over even though I was only bringing it in for one repair. They caught things that I never would have known were problems. That being said, there was no pressure to fix anything other than what I brought it in for.
