Received an estimate from Stephanie Scott from online submittal. Upon contacting Stephanie to ask a few questions, she was very impolite and irritated to have to answer questions, ending the conversation with, " I don't know what the techs do, I have worked here 11 years and only do the estimates. You can talk to my manager for specific questions about products." Lack of professionalism like other reviews have stated. Lots of other competition.
