Things I appreciated: He showed up in a clean truck, wearing a uniform - shirt tucked in, no mustard in his beard, or any of that. He put on booties before entering my home. Intelligent guy with a professional and friendly demeanor. He quickly pinpointed the issue and fixed it. Now, finally, we have decent water pressure in my house! If I'm being totally honest (and I am), I felt the part he used was WAY overpriced. But I appreciate that he was upfront with me about all prices beforehand. I wasn't hit with any surprises come bill time.
