Very clean. Close to Wachusette. Older property that presents excellent value if all you need is a reasonable place to crash. Management was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I asked if there was a local Target or Walmart, he offered his membership card to the local BJ's. He also put coffee out 30 minutes early to accommodate my early rise. Breakfast was simple, coffee/tea, choice of BJ's blueberry muffins or some packaged cheese Danish. Sheets were clean and crisp, carpet was vacuumed. Bath showed the properties age but was very clean. Flat screen TV with lot's of channels. Room had microwave and fridge.
