Came out for estimate for toilet/faucet replacement, then said he smelled gas. He investigated and said we had several leaks that needed immediate attention - for $2700. We declined, he said he'd have to call gas co. and get us shut off. We called his bluff, he had us sign a waiver and left. We called another plumber. There was one leak, a minor one, that he fixed with three turns of the wrench for $159. Prices for the toilet/faucet replacement were off the charts, too. Unless you like getting swindled and have money to burn, stay away.
