They send two plumbers and one truck. They are have an incredible efficient office staff and system whereby you get email and phone call confirmations that they are on their way. I used them twice.. They take a very "whole house plumbing system:" approach to their trade, so even though I called them for a sink that would not train (despite gallons of liquid plumber), they wanted to examine every toilet, sink and shower in the house. This felt strange at first a bit like "upselling", until I understood their unique approach. They are like a doctor who does not want to just treat your foot pain, they want to check that your blood pressure, blood sugar and heart and lungs are functioning well.
Plumbers were clean, well spoken tradesmen and cleaned up wonderfully after the job. They even wear those great surgical booties in your house
