We purchased our old trailer elsewhere, but started bringing that trailer in for service to Funtime as it was close to our home and more convenient. Stephen, in the service department was always very helpful, even though our RV was purchased elsewhere. We were completely satisfied with the work that was performed, additionally we received great customer service. About five years ago we purchased a new trailer from Funtime RV and again have nothing but positive things to say from the sales staff to the service department. The Service Manager, Stephen, is always helpful, honest and straightforward with any work that we have had done.
