Some companies we called never even got back to us. The Closet Factory sent Shellie Miller over and she answered all our questions, started right away, and put our fears about renovating our storage spaces to rest. The master closet and garage came out better then we had expected and she followed up with us after the job was completed. Having been burnt several times with home improvers, it was great to meet someone with integrity.
