Tuesday (1/10) night during the recent snowstorm the fan motor quit on my furnace and I was looking at several days of no heat with very cold temperatures predicted. I looked on the Nextdoor app for my neighborhood and there were several recommendations for Specialty Heating. Matt was oncall Tuesday night and gave me advice about what to do. Wednesday (1/11) I was told that they didn't have any crews working that day because of the storm. Thursday (1/12) morning I got a call that a technician would be out that afternoon to fix my fan. Kurt came out and diagnosed and replaced the motor that day and it has been working great ever since. Thank you for excellent and timely service!
