I was so happy to see Steve Kelly as my service technician. I've had him before and he is GREAT! He not only takes his shoes off, but is polite, clean, efficient and explains everything to me. If it wasn't for all the information he provided me with the last time he was over, I would have been in quite a predicament. He equipped me with enough information, that when I had a problem a few months ago , I knew enough to constantly keep the bottom of the air conditioning die, enabling it it continue to function till service arrived.
