This hotel in a small historic town outside of Boston was a very pleasant experience. It is one story dated motel as many in New England are, but the room and bathroom were very clean. The host owner was very friendly and a promoter of his town. There was a personal garden behind our rear window , so charming. The breakfast included fresh dunkin doughnuts and pastries. The price is unheard of in this area. Well worth the money
