I have tried numerous times since August 1, 2016 to cancel my home Care Agreement with your company and have you to refund my $52.00 monthly payment because I am thoroughly dissatisfied with your service techniques. I have already had numerous telephone conversations with your management and staff regard this service cancellation.I want to be notified immediately by email(address below) that this matter has been accomplished and my refund sent out to me.
