Our service was excellent and much appreciated due to our AC stopping on a very hot evening. Kurt with Specialty was out early the next morning to diagnose. We realized quickly that we needed a new AC unit and Specialty took care of everything from bringing out Eric to discuss options and loaning us a AC portable unit. They even got us on the list for a Monday am install We really appreciated the extra service since I have a recent broken back and have to wear a hot and heavy brace.
This is our second system buy with Specialty and our other transaction was also outstanding.
