when i contacted interstate roofing to do the roof job i had wanted to do a compete tear off for two reasons. one was i have a water stain in my kitchen. my other concern was the front part of my old roof had these three raised sections. they looked like a wave. i still have them in my NEW ROOF. i had asked dustin to have his crew find out what is the cause for them when they did the tear off. Well that didnt happen.dustin went on vacation i was told. he didnt tell the replacement forman. before the job even strated there was anther forman. no one let the next one know what was to be done. so i still have the three ridges in my new roof.
