Initially, I contacted your company via email but did not receive a call back. So, I called directly. Wylace came to our house. He was extremely professional, and knowledgable. We had another company come out but we didn't feel comfortable with them. Wylace put us at ease. He helped us apply for financing too. Work began a few days later. Wylace came out to make sure everything was going smoothly. We were impressed with the team the entire time. The only glitch was a small error in communication between the pipe repair company from Richmond and your company. We didn't know when Yaz would be back to finish the work on the 3rd day. Took several calls and hours to determine that. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased and will make you guys our first call for any future plumbing issues. Thanks!
