Alysia, was very professional and knowledgeable. She went about the inspection of our air conditioner and pointed out the leaky capacitor and the burnt contacts. No pressure to replace either component. I suggested replacing both while she was here. Charges for the components including installation were a little high but reasonable. Job well done.
