I was very pleased with the quality of service and repair. Only problem was a tech was scheduled to be here Thursday a.m. I called later in the day a couple of times and was assured he would be here before the end of the day on Thurs. Finally had a call on Friday a.m. only to find out no tech until the following Mon. Once he got here on Monday, I couldn't have been more pleased with the repair and service. I understand the situation - just needed better communication. Thanks.
