Schomburg Heating & Cooling was helpful in terms of coming here and identifying the issue--and it worked out fine. We didn't know where to go after buying a heater/air conditioner new from one of big box stores. When we were referred to Schomburg, I called and asked them to come as soon as possible--and waited a day or two before they came out. He said next week, but they made it shorter after I said I needed someone. Schomburg is about 65 miles away from us, and I am giving them four stars only because they are too far away and not able to service us regularly. I was very pleased with the service.
