We emailed the company about the Kinetico filter which was highly recommended by Consumer Reports. The company rep called us promptly, told us that the filters were now priced significantly less than the average CR price. They gave us a very reasonable estimate for installation. Installation tech (Evan) arrived on time and did a professional job. The company scheduled a follow up to perform a water test a few weeks after installation. Again, their tech (Bernell) arrived on time, explained the test results and even added a new and improved fixture that holds the system. Great job!
