I have been a customer of Riley Plumbing & Heating for a number of years. However in recent years I have noticed they have changed their ways. There has been a few incidents where they have misdiagnosed a problem in my house and caused further complications. There was one particular instance where they recommended that I buy a product they have trying to get business, and I fell for it foolishly. I was unable to pay for this product due to my financial situation at the time and we organised that I could pay it off over a two month period. During the two months I was then landed with another bill of $2500 which I had to pay up front. My car had recently been totaled in a traffic accident and this really strained me financially at the time. I am really unhappy with them because of this.
